Work With a Renovation Contractor in Oak Cliff, TX

My husband and I inspected a home remodel Bluebonnet Siding and Windows had previously completed and were very impressed with the workmanship. We scheduled a meeting with Chris and were equally impressed with his professionalism. We needed our siding replaced, however, we agreed to receive a quote for window replacement as well. Once we decided on the scope of work to be performed, Chris was always quick to respond to our texts and phone calls and always followed up regularly with scheduled updates. He said what we were to expect and made sure to deliver on his promises. Chris was always patient with our many questions and we felt at ease throughout the entire process.Having some construction knowledge and a love for our home, we hold contractors to a high standard. The siding project is awesome. The window products are amazing and made such a huge difference to the look inside and out, plus noise and glare reduction. There’s also a pleasant change in our energy bill. The painting project is beautiful. The skill set of all the crews involved is first rate. We received so many compliments on the changes. We recently finished a bathroom expansion/renovation with Nate at Bluebonnet Construction and truly could not be happier with how everything turned out.

We turned a very small half bath into a full bath and I had a specific vision for keeping the 1950s feeling of the space. Nate let us lead the design while also giving thoughtful feedback when something needed to be adjusted. If there was ever an issue or decision to work through, he was proactive and handled it quickly. Nothing turned into a big problem, and the entire process felt smooth and organized.

One thing I really appreciated was his attention to detail. I can be particular, and I never felt like I had to chase anything down or worry about something being overlooked. He stayed on top of everything and made sure it was done right.

He also handled all of the permitting and coordination with the city, and everything was filed and completed on time. That gave us a lot of peace of mind.

A special thank you to Greg and Robert for the tile work. The craftsmanship is incredible and it truly makes the space. Nate has built a really solid crew.

We love the final result. It honestly came out even better than we expected, and we would absolutely work with Nate again.

Bluebonnet did some construction for my company at a high end rehab in the Swiss Avenue historical district. They were very professional and the finish on their work was great. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Nate and his team did an excellent job putting the finishing touches on our brand new home! They painted all of our interior walls and cabinetry and stained the grout on all of our tile floors. Nate was very responsive when I had any questions or concerns, and his team got the job done ahead of schedule. They were very detail oriented and professional.
